Canopy Street

​Canopy Street - Phase 3 construction will begin in the spring of 2015 with an estimated completion of August 1, 2016. The project will feature 17,000 square feet of first floor retail space to expand the shopping options on Canopy Street. Studio, one bedroom and two bedroom luxury apartments on the next five floors are designed with the young professional in mind. The top floor will house the next exceptional condo development with one, two and three bedroom flats with the most dynamic views in the city. The 700 O street project is located in the Historic Haymarket area next to the O street overpass. It has a unique opportunity to be the new billboard for the City of Lincoln as you enter downtown across the train tracks from the east. The project has surface parking to the west and a new 500 car garage to the south. The city is also planning a new art walk alley to the east of the project.

Situated on the south end of Canopy Street, WRK, LLC's Block C Development is in the planning stages.
